HULL:

DECK:

Female molded with anti slip, Polyester/E-glass construction. White as standard. Hexacore or foam coring in deck for the highest obtainable strength/weight ratio & excellent thermal insulation.

MECHANICAL

 

Stainless steel & Bronze

All stainless steel for the visible parts is to be 316 s/s. Bronze has to be used when the circumstances justify it.

ENGINE FOUNDATIONS

Transom in sandwich construction is provided in each hull. Transom core from closed cell Coosa board.

GENERAL NOTES

The design office must approve all the pipe openings in bulkheads and the structure. The passage into the watertight bulkheads is made through a watertight system.

All pipes are to be installed parallel. Each pipe is labeled to identify the fluid and direction of flow.
The pipes are fixed every 500mm. Direct screwing into the sandwich is forbidden, fixing is achieved using supports integrated and laminated onto the sandwich.
All systems are correctly installed in accordance with classification society rules and accepted marine practice, and pressure tested prior to commissioning.

FIRE SYSTEM

In each boat compartment, there are a 2kg powder extinguisher. CO2 extinguisher is to be installed next to the steering console.
